My name is Professor Andrew Kelly. I am fascinated in the development and implementation of a comprehensive New Space tourism enterprise that utilizes off–the–shelf technology to achieve low–cost and profitable spaceflight operations.

So I wrote a paper on the subject, which led to writing my thesis based on the paper, which led me to my doctorate degree. The dissertation for my Ph.D. has been converted into the website you see before you.

What would normally serve as an Abstract became untenable due to the large content of the paper, so I changed the title to Overture. I also changed the name of the Table of Contents to Checklist just because.

A special shout out has to go to Dr. Richard Kerry Holtzin for all the editing chores accomplished for this paper. I know what a monumental task that was. Thanks.
