The Orbital Utility Vehicle (OUV) is the another important vehicle in order to have a viable and profitable space program.

The OUV is basically the OTV Intelligence Module (IM) without the propellant tanks and rocket engine.

An airlock with hatches at both ends is installed in the middle of the IM, completing the OUV design. Table 1 displays the inert mass of the vehicle.
